Open a recipe on your Android phone or tablet. A notification will appear on your watch:
Tap on the notification:
Swipe up to scroll. You will see a cook button
Tap on the Cook button. It will open the ingredients of the recipe:

Installed Cookmate on my Galaxy Watch 4. Notifications do not appear when I open recipes on my Galaxy A22 phone. Watch uses Galaxy Wearable app. All apps are up to date. I would love to have this working. I use Cookmate ad free and also have an online account.
