You can synchronize your devices with Cookmate Online. First you have to register on the Cookmate website : https://www.cookmate.online. Once your account is activated, you can link your app with your online account.
The basic free account of Cookmate Online has some limitations: https://www.cookmate.online/pro/. If your number of recipes exceeds the limits, synchronization won’t work any more. You will have to upgrade to a Premium account.
Open the menu of the Android application and click on “Settings”
Click on “Cookmate Online”
Sign in to Cookmate Online
Put your username and your password. End click on “Log in”
Then you should be redirected to the app (in the synchronization section) and the first line should be replaced with “Logged in as yourusername”
If your app if properly linked to your online account, the synchronization should start
You will see the synchronization status of your recipes in the list, on the left of your pictures.

When I try to sync my online account with my tablet, the sign in always fails. It always gives me an error message regardless if I try to sign in with Facebook or with my online account login.

The mobile app will not log in to my on line account. It hangs up after submit.
Could you try to clear the cache of My CookBook ? Go to Settings / Apps / My CookBook / Clear cache

The ap info says the free account holds 150 recipes. The website says you can only do 30. Which is correct?

love the app, bought it and everything worked fine.
Now synconisation gets an error on every device i use (4 different androids)
No specific error Code. In german the error displayed reads “Während der Synchronisation ist ein Fehler aufgetreten”

When the limits are reached, synchronization between the app and the online account doesn’t work any more
In order to increase the limits, you can upgrade your online account, or you can earn some space for free here : http://www.mycookbook-online.net/accountbonus/
Unfortunately we have to ask a contribution for miscellaneous expenses for the online website. The sells of the pro app are not enough….

I’m using the Android app on a Nexus 4, and am having trouble synchronizing between mycookbook online and the app. When I follow the instructions, the API link times out and I get an error.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, powering down my phone and turning it back on – I can’t seem to get it to work. Any other suggestions?

I have created my online account a few months ago, recipes are loaded on my android tablet (Samsung GT-P7310). I have synchronised to my online account and get a success message.
When I try to synchronise my phone (Samsung s4) I get a successful message, but no recipes appear on my phone app.
